Hiruki Studio recently completed El Curry Verde, a vegetarian&vegan restaurant located in Hondarribia, Spain. Their international cuisine and selection of tasty dishes, organic wines and craft beers enabled them to make a name in the area and as a result their previous venue started to be overcrowded frequently.
The restaurant decided to move to a larger space in the village's port. They tasked Hiruki Studio to create an interior that felt amiable, fresh but not "too girly," cozy enough for late intimate nights but with an openness that would let them organize cooking workshops as well.
