Typographics, a 10-day design festival devoted to contemporary typography, will run from June 12 through 22, 2017. The "type festival" features a variety of lectures, workshops, and tours - focused on typography.
Workshops touch on making emoji, hand lettering, sign painting, and more, and the free interactive multi-day hackathon TypeLab explores the concept that typography today is as much about programming as it is about drawing. There will also be an exhibition of posters by legendary designers Victor Moscoso and Michael Doret.
