The Biennial of the Poster Bolivia BICeBé, an international event of design and visual arts in Bolivia and the Southern Cone, is calling for posters for its 2019 edition. The BICeBé takes place every two years in the month of November in the city of La Paz, Bolivia.
The deadline for submissions is March 8, 2019.
