The 2020 edition of the LIT Design Awards is now open to submissions, accepting entries from lighting manufacturers, designers, and practices from all around the world. The Awards program aims to recognize the efforts of talented international lighting product designers and lighting implementers.
LIT Design Awards bestows fives winning titles per year: Lighting Product Design of the Year - Professional; Lighting Design of the Year - Professional; Lifetime Achievement - Professional; Emerging Lighting Product Designer of the Year - Student; and Emerging Lighting Design of the Year - Student.
Selected by an esteemed jury of designers and leaders in the lighting, interior design, and architectural fields, the annual winners will receive the LIT trophy, extensive publicity showcasing their designs and products to an international audience, and more.
The deadline for submissions is October 1, with a late deadline of November 1, 2020.
