The Association of Registered Graphic Designers' (RGD) In-House Design Conference, taking place from June 7 to 11, has much to offer to creatives acting as in-house design department of one or are part of a design team that spans multiple offices around the world.
In-house design teams have had to rapidly adapt to new routines, methods and projects to best serve their organizations. Based on the theme of balance and harmony, this year's conference will explore the skills, tools and knowledge needed to advocate for a team's value, optimize internal design processes and produce work that stands out.
The program features keynotes by Greg Hoffman, former NIKE Chief Marketing Officer; Rich Tu, VP of Digital Design at MTV Entertainment Groupat ViacomCBS; Kristin Skinner, Design Leader and Author and Natalie Brewster, Director of Global Creative Operations at The Body Shop. Presentation topics include Getting Clients Addicted to Good Design; How to Decipher and Create Inclusive Design; We Don't Just Make Pretty Things: Building Strategic In-House Creative Teams and From Behind the Screen to the Front of the Boardroom: Leading as an Introvert.
