Taking interactive footwear design to the next level, Reebok's RBKCUSTOM.COM website will enable fans the opportunity to design and customize National Football League (NFL) and Major League Baseball (MLB) licensed shoes for the first time ever. Previously featuring three customizable lifestyle shoes, beginning this week, RBKCUSTOM.COM will launch the NFL Recline and MLB Clubhouse shoes with team logos from all 32 NFL and all 30 MLB teams marking the first time that NFL and MLB licensed footwear can be customized and purchased online.

Consumers can support their favorite teams and customize their NFL Recline or MLB Clubhouse shoes in team and seasonal colors to reflect their personal style. Variations can be achieved by customizing every inch of the shoe from the tongues to the soles with different colors and textures and in both men's and women's sizes. Other design options include team logos in various colors, multiple leather materials, contrast stitching, and personalization by putting the wearer's name on the back heel. RBKCUSTOM.COM also allows customization of features such as heel clips, lace eyelets and sole types. Team names can be placed on the bottom of the shoe, visible underneath an "ice" sole allowing consumers an additional means of showing team support.
Consumers can rotate their customized shoe 360 degrees in two dimensions as well as preview what their shoes will look like paired with jeans. Customized shoe designs can be saved in a virtual closet and shared with friends via email links.
The RBKCUSTOM.COM site design process is instantaneous as the site offers a two millisecond response time on average. Once ordered, consumers will receive their new shoes in just 7-10 days.
