Fullhouse Launches Experience Design Practice

Fullhouse, a digital marketing agency with offices in Milwaukee and Chicago, has announced it is creating Experience Design practices within its Experiential Marketing and Business Communications teams.

"Content development used to be a designer and writer working together. Now there's an important third member on the creative team - the experience designer," says Tim Williams from Ignition Consulting Group. "Fullhouse is taking the important step of fully integrating experience design into each of its client-focused teams."

Fullhouse's Experience Design efforts will be led by Cindi Thomas, Group Director, Experience Design -- Business Communications, and Mark Fairbanks, Group Director, Experience Design -- Experiential Marketing. Thomas joined Fullhouse in 2004 and has been instrumental in the growth and evolution of Fullhouse's user experience capabilities. Fairbanks, formerly Group Creative Director at Hunt Adkins in Minneapolis, recently joined Fullhouse to lead the integration of Experience Design into consumer marketing programs. Thomas will lead Experience Design at the agency level and together they will work to ensure that every program delivers a great experience for their clients.
