BCN Design Week, the international event focused on design, innovation and business, will gather again companies and professionals from any industry or productive services that use knowledge and creativity as a driver of its business activity.
With a theme of "Design Vision 2050," the BCN Design Week has been reinvented for its eighth edition to expand its reach opening up to the city, and to find answers to the challenges we will face in the coming decades through design.
This year the event will offer new activities addressed to a wider audience that will have the opportunity to interact, network and learn about the potential of design, innovation and creativity as a driver for change.
The programme of activities will include the session "Leading businesses towards 2050", lead by a diverse group of internationally renowned experts; the EcoDesign Day; the Design Investment Forum; the Pecha Kucha Design Night; the third edition of the Guest Country, participated by Holland; the Design Services Market; the conference "The role of design in the entrepreneurship initiative"; the BDW Circuits and the BDW Labs, activities about diverse topics addressed to the general public organised by design studios, amongst others.
