Stephen Kelleher has completed the rebranding of Gunner, an award-winning animation studio based in Detroit. Having established itself as one of the most exciting new voices in the motion design industry, Gunner wanted to refresh its identity to reflect its position as a force to be reckoned with on the global stage.
Founded in 2015, Gunner has grown in size and reputation to attract clients like Google, Etsy and Spotify and felt like it was time for a level-up in terms of its identity. Kelleher was invited to rebrand its entire identity and began by designing a wordmark which became the basis for a dynamic logo, its website, business cards, signage and various promotional materials. It was important that the new branding reflect Gunner's ethos and approach to work; world-class output created with humility in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
