For the grand opening of Samsung KX, Rare Volume created an interactive souvenir experience. Using the Galaxy S10, visitors turn their selfies into personalized collages, which are then printed as a custom poster.
Custom software analyzes a visitor's photograph, interpreting dominant colors against a library of imagery drawn from scenes of London. The interactive application composites color-coordinated graphic elements with the user's portrait, responding to their gestures in realtime. The resulting experience provides visitors with an opportunity for creative freedom and exploration, leading to a personal, artistic image that stays true to the Samsung KX brand.
Within minutes of creating their collage, visitors receive a high-quality poster of their artwork, along with a link to share on social platforms.
