TPG Architecture Designs New NYC Workplace for Broadridge Financial Solutions

TPG Architecture recently designed a new workplace for Broadridge Financial Solutions at 605 Third Avenue. An ongoing relationship, this is the firm’s third workplace project for Broadridge Financial Solutions after the successful completion of the company’s Newark, New Jersey and New Hyde Park, New York locations.

Now referred to as, 'The Hub,' the new, four-floor space accommodates upward 400 workstations and features multi-purposes cafes, huddle rooms, conference areas, and lounge areas with impeccable views of the city that foster a sense of community. These spaces optimize The Hub's purpose of bringing together several businesses in one location, and connecting and welcoming associates and clients traveling through the New York area.

Small and large conference areas are available to employees and can be reserved via mobile application—giving guests more autonomy in how they operate. Of the mix, the main level conference center serves as the focal point of the entire workspace. In addition to the mobile application features available with the conference areas, guests at Broadridge are immediately pulled into the reception area by a monumental media wall. Additionally, there is an IT help desk area available in the workspace.

Situated near the main cafe social hubs, a feature staircase of blue glass drives connectivity through the 41st and 42nd floor and includes a built-in podium for town hall meetings. Curated signage has been created to reflect the company's brand promise, vision and values, and global reach, incorporating dynamic visual elements from its brand identity. Overall, the firm created a design that aligns with their brand and culture of supporting transparency, technology, collaboration, and innovation.
