The 2011 issue of the Design Management Journal will build upon research regarding the expanding role of design in the triple bottom line.
In times of change and uncertainty, building value in the areas of social entrepreneurship, environmental well-being, and economic development is of critical importance.
DMI is seeking papers that contribute to theory-building, provide examples of empirical research, or use case studies to illustrate how, when, and why design and design management practice contribute holistically in these areas.
Abstracts are due May 15, papers are due June 30.
The peer-reviewed Design Management Journal is published annually and sent to all DMI Review subscribers.
