The application phase for the 2017 Red Dot Award: Product Design will begin on October 24. The award offers winners the opportunity to demonstrate their design ability on an international stage.
The award's 40 strong, international jury evaluates every product submitted live, on site and only awards the Red Dot to those that stand out for their good design quality.
This year, the application phase for the competition is divided into three distinct stages. The "Early bird" phase ends on December 2, 2016 and is followed by the "Regular" stage which ends on January 20, 2017. The deadline for "Latecomer" phase is February 8, 2017.
