BraunPrize aims to promote the work of young and established designers from all over the world, to value the work of design schools, design teams and individuals, and to help develop a greater appreciation of those factors and criteria which enable good product design. Furthermore, it serves to make the ingenuity and creativity of designers accessible to the public and to provide a link between designers and industry or potential clients.

BraunPrize International Design Competition 2021
Braun has announced the 21st BraunPrize International Design Competition, with a virtual awards ceremony due to take place in October 2021. Established in 1968, the BraunPrize was Germany's first international competition with the aim to promote the work of young designers.
The 2018 BraunPrize is now open for submissions. The Awards program challenges creative minds to envision design concepts that matter.
Now in its 18th edition, the 2012 BraunPrize is back with a bang: It features an all-new theme "Genius design for a better everyday" emphasizing the importance of industrial design and innovative, well-designed products that improve everyday life for consumers around the world.
