Robert Brunner in Fast Company's 100 Most Creative People in Business

Ammunition founder and award-winning Industrial Designer Robert Brunner has been named in Fast Company's "100 Most Creative People in Business," as part of the top business publication's annual lineup of individuals who use creativity to help solve some of today's most immediate global issues. Brunner is ranked 63rd on the list, among an eclectic group of creative individuals from diverse fields, including entertainment, fashion design, technology and social enterprise.

According to Fast Company Editor Robert Safian, "This year's 100 Most Creative People offers our own, idiosyncratic perspective on business. We emphasized those whose creativity addresses a larger issue -- from the future of our energy infrastructure to next-generation media. The selections reflect the breadth of new ideas and new pursuits at play in our business landscape."

Fast Company followed their view that there are no rules about creativity, and looked for dazzling new thinkers, rising stars, and boldface names who couldn't be ignored. They avoided people they have profiled in the recent past.

"It is a real honor to be on this list," said Robert Brunner, Ammunition founder. "Our focus here has always been about using design to solve business problems, so to be named in this esteemed group is truly amazing."

Ammunition's recent project highlights include Regen, a system of home and personal electronics powered by light, with an emphasis on performance and design; the Fuego Element outdoor grill, an affordable gas-powered barbecue, characterized by a simple, original form that propels the idea of outdoor entertaining to a new, distinctively modern social experience; Barnes & Noble's Nook, where Ammunition creatively solved complex service, industrial, interaction and brand design challenges into one simple platform; and "Beats by Dr. Dre" headphones, fusing design and sound in a new way that expresses the essence and soul of the music in the way the artist intended.
