Entries are now open for the 2019 Good Design Award. The Award, founded in 1957, is Japan's leading commendation system with entries from around the world. Its purpose is to discover and promote good designs which drive industrial growth and enrich lives.
"Design constantly evolves as times change and society advances," commented Atsushi Oi, President, Japan Institute of Design Promotion. "The award program will expose winning entries to a broad audience as ways to enhance the quality of life and industry, and drive the dynamism of a new era."
The deadline for submissions is May 23, 2019.
